Under this service offering, UMT offers its off-site support to the Licensee for Issue Resolution, Queries and Periodic Patch Updates to the solutions delivered. This service pre-supposes that UMT is either under Warranty obligations or there is a valid Post Warranty service contract commonly known as Annual Maintenance Contract or AMC.
Currently UMT offers this service to its Licensees either directly and / or in partnership with its SI partners. It is applicable for the Licensees who have a Warranty or Post Warranty Services contract, also known as “Annual Maintenance Contract” or, AMC.
This service is delivered out of UMT’s Engineering Center, and is an off-site support service.
